apples
this is the second in my fall sepia series shot at the arboretum. even though this apple tree looked rather scrawny and heat fatigues it had several nicely shaped and ripening apples.
hubby is building shelves in my art room to help reign in the chaos of my large scrapbook paper supply. other than that, we're having an easy, lazy weekend.

I heard the fruit have come early this year due to the warm dry summer
Really pretty photo! I am currently rearranging/organizing/culling my paper supply. Magazines too. Sewing notions as well. All of my mess.
ah the chaos of the large scrapbook paper supply..... my studio is one big unorganized mess, kinda like me. :-) love the sepia in your apples.
I haven't bought paper in so long and still I have tons and tons of it. Cool that he is building shelves...I do the building around my house and Jason does the cooking. ha!
I miss apples on the trees. I lived in Boston for six years and would go to NH for them...memories.
Nice picture...makes me hungry for an apple. I'm trying to get things organized, need to sell half my life on Craig's list, will need to move the end of Oct, heading to India for six months.
how nice to be getting those shelves for your paper! :)
