yard sales, garage sales, flea markets -- here i come!! i've been piddling around in my art room with some vintage items i've purchased in the past. i'm upcycling them by adding some art, painting and giving them a new, happy life. above is an old frame i bought at goodwill for .25. i added my original art and hope to sell it at the antique mall where i'm working now. i have 2 more of these frames and hope to get the art created tomorrow on my day off.
this is also a goodwill find that i painted white (it was black) and embellished with my harmony original.
i created an indesign art file, printed it out on several different colors of card stock and then cut out to make these little tags. love this "typewriter" font so much!!

i call upcycling - green art. sometimes i buy old things upcycle them and then make them look old again - us artistic types can be very strange.
