floating in a field

floating in a field
lacy ladies
splendorous
in simplicity
majestic
and marvelous
bountiful
in beauty

lazily i lay
seeking solace
in the glow of
their glory
lofty lovelies
daintily dancing
soulfully swaying
floating in a field

photos and poem

I just have to say that I LOVE the perspective from which you take photos! Just love it! It makes me remember to look at things from different angles also. Thanks!

awesome Point of View on these shots.. and the blue is just so relaxing! Thank you for your sweet words on my last post... I do hope that my children someday cherish these memories (along with the pictures) as I do and will for years to come! :)

"...seeking solace"
"floating in a field"
Sounds very inviting and of course the photographs are really calling me to ly lazily in a field looking up at natures bounty.

Lovely Queen Anne's Lace...usually considered a weed, but I love it.
And the hostas in your header are beautiful! Do you have any hummingbirds getting into them?

It's nice to have quiet time to reflect and just be.

Your photography is amazing. I always love the different points of view you bring to your art.

I was given the Honest Scrap Award recently and your blog was the first one I thought of when passing it on to my favorite blogs. You're awesome!
