simplicity

simplicity
soft
as a tender
pink petal
fragile
evocative
of earlier times
a feeling of lightness
and of joy
let us lay aside
our worries
and live
a life of
pure
simplicity

A great thought. If only we could.

Lovely poem to go with a lovely photo. Pink is such a gentle color, denoting softness, kindness, tenderness. Guess that's what makes it such a perfect color to symbolize femininity.

I always feel such peace and joy visiting your blog. Thank you. "Live simply so that others may simply live" (a quote that may be attributed to Ghandi).
