bloom away
bloom away -- this week's entry in paris' inch by inch art project. when she announced the theme bloom this is the first thing i thought of -- a woman with flowers growing right out of her head. it was an easy peasy little piece and i enjoyed it immensely.
please go check out more of paris' inch by inch entries here!!!

Love it - the colors, the flowers cascading down her head....even like what you painted it on - newspaper? We like seeing those letters behind it!
I like it, I thought of the same thing but not exactly, I like the colors and the way you turned the paper at an angle
that's a gorgeous piece, Julie, I love the colours.
Gosh, I keep meaning to participate! Don't know where my head is :)
I sort of even had the same idea for 'bloom'. It's lovely!
oh wow, tiny art + flowers = perfection to me!
love your persistence with the face... i see improvements each and every time (not that I'm an expert or anything)!
Love her!!! How fun!

I have enjoyed catching up with your blog. The "inch by inch project looks fun.
Looks like you have been busy!
Love it! now you can use it as inspiration for one of your 'real' pieces!
Very very pretty! Great bright colors and contented look on her face!
So tiny yet so adorable!
I love how bright and colorful this is! It must be difficult painting such a small piece! :)
Julie,
I got a blog award and I am passing it on to you. Do with it what you will! Come and get it at my blog.

She is great Julie!
Very cute! Looks like an "Herbal Essence" commertial.
It's colourful and cheerful, she seems happy in her world of flowers.
