I like your bench, Julie. Is it a vintage church pew?

yes, willow, i bought it at a sale about 25 years ago. it was completely black from age and misuse but i could see the beauty beneath. my dad completely refinished it without ruining the old vintage look and feel. it has a lot of meaning to me.

happy sunday!

What lovely shadow shots! I really love them all! Isn't it fun finding shadows these days? I'm always amazed that I never paid that much attention to them before. Have a great week!

The church pew is my favourite shot! It definately stirs up feelings of Sunday's as a child.

Happy SSS.

hehe! That child's shadow is fab! Good choice to use the fence as the backdrop to a fun, frolicking shadow!

Hi Julie! Thanks for the comment. I always like to meet other artist bloggers. Even better that I like your art, a lot. I looked at your Etsy shop and love the merry birds one. everything you do is great- I love the techniques that you use.
